Description
In early 1980 Crystal Pier Emporium opened with 8 businesses and less than one year later, only four remained. Tenants complained that shoppers didn't know about their stores because the mall had never been promoted. There was no security so theft was high and vagrants hung out where stores had been. Liz Pursell filed this report on December 30, 1981.
It has been several businesses and in 2021, it is a Skechers store. It's on the corner of Garnet and Mission in Pacific Beach.
