A candlelit vigil is held in Washington DC to remember Saudi dissident Jamal Khashoggi three years after his murder.
At the event, Khashoggi's widow questions US President Joe Biden's commitment to hold the kingdom accountable for the writer's brutal murder.
"Will you hold him accountable or will you reward these murderers?" says widow Hatice Cengiz.
