Description
The Paris Court of Appeal upholds the cancellation on procedural grounds of a trial against writer Gabriel Matzneff for "apology" of paedocriminality, initiated by the Blue Angel association.
The Blue Angel had appealed against a decision in May by the Paris criminal court invalidating its summons against Mr Matzneff and cancelling his trial on the merits, scheduled for 28 September 2021.
