Romania, one of the poorest countries in the EU with one of the region's weakest vaccination campaigns against Covid-19, is suffering from a shocking spike in deaths from the virus as a "catastrophic" fourth wave takes hold. The National Institute of Infectious Diseases "Prof. DR.
