Description
Several hundred people gather in front of Paris City Hall (Hotel de Ville, Eds.) to oppose the "massive urbanisation" of agricultural land in the Ile-de-France region. The demonstrators also denounced the pressure of real estate and development projects such as the Grand Paris Express, which are nibbling away at fertile land around the capital, which they believe is essential for biodiversity and the fight against climate change.
