A wall of mushrooms, a tomato drying machine and a 3D printer producing a bean-based "squid": chef Ivan Berezutskiy gives a tour of the "lab" in Twins Garden, the Moscow restaurant with most Michelin stars. His twin brother, Sergei, goes back and forth between the "lab" and the kitchen at full speed.
