Eighteen hot-air balloons gather in Saint-Emilion, one of the largest wine regions in western France, during the "Montgolfiades", a three-day event that allows tourists to discover landscapes classified as UNESCO world heritage sites from the sky. A handful of them were able to board an "eco-balloon", which has just broken the French record for the longest hot air balloon flight. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
