A prominent Malaysian transgender entrepreneur wanted in the Muslim majority country for insulting Islam said Wednesday via a video interview that she was in Australia.
"Australia chose me to be a part of Australia. Because of my profile, my case, and they also felt I was someone who should be protected," she said during a a video interview from an undisclosed location.
