The Deputy Prime Minister of Afghanistan's Taliban cabinet insists that the government is 'inclusive' during an improvised press point on the margins of talks in Russia. Moscow is hosting the Taliban for the talks as it seeks to assert influence on Central Asia and push for action against Islamic State fighters which it says have massed in the perennially volatile country.
