A Dutch appeals judges rules that there is not "sufficient grounds for granting the claim" of Crimean museums for the return of a priceless collection of Crimean gold, arguing that the treasures, which were removed from the region before Russia occupied the peninsula in 2014, must be returned to Ukraine instead in a major win for Kiev which hailed the ruling.
