Defence and prosecution lawyers comment on the first day of proceedings in the resumption of the trial in Finland of Gibril Massaquoi for alleged war crimes during the Second Liberian Civil War. Massaquoi faces charges of rape, ritual murder and recruiting child soldiers during the latter years of the bloody conflict, which ended in 2003.
