Relatives of victims of alleged human rights abuses and activists of opposition parties protest outside Venezuela's intelligence services headquarters, where opposition figures are being held, asking for a meeting with International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Karim Khan. The ICC will investigate whether crimes against humanity were committed during Venezuela's clampdown on anti-government protests in 2017, Khan has announced during a visit to the country.
