Two men are arrested as they shout for "democracy" and "freedom" after arguing with Cuban government supporters who are holding a rally in El Quijote park. Leading dissident Yunior Garcia had planned to hold a protest march leaving from the park the same day, until security forces surrounded his home as he was preparing to set off.
