The former prime minister of France, François Fillon, and his wife arrive at the Paris courthouse where they are being tried on appeal for fraud. Fillon's wife Penelope allegedly occupied a fake job as a parliamentary assistant that earned her 613,000 euros ($700,000) over a period of 15 years.
