The Pakistani city of Lahore in Punjab province near the border with India is enveloped by thick air pollution.
Lahore is consistently ranked one of the world's worst cities for air pollution.
"For a country that is not as industrialised as the Pakistan is, this is really alarm bells ringing," says environment lawyer and activist Rafay Alam.
