After almost two years of closed borders, Uruguay is preparing to host the finals of the Copa Libertadores (men's and women's) and the Copa Sudamericana South American football tournaments. 60,000 fans are expected to arrive in the country for the three matches, which may generate an income of 30 million US dollars to the country, according to official estimates.
