Description
A migrant camp opens in Bosnia, close to the border with European Union member Croatia, at the site where a previous one was engulfed in a fire nearly a year ago. The construction of the camp, which is set to be run by local authorities and provide accommodation for 1,500 people, was financed by the EU -- which provided half of some 3.4 million euros -- as well as Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. The Balkan nation currently hosts some 2,600 migrants in camps, while the authorities estimates additional 1,000 are currently in the country. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
