Investigators urge Gambia's government to pursue criminal charges against those responsible for crimes committed under ex-dictator Yahya Jammeh, in a long-awaited report by the Truth, Reconciliation and Reperations Commission (TRRC) handed to the incumbant president Adama Barrow.
