Description
As partygoers dance in front of the DJ booth at a techno party in Bogota, some people gather around a table with a bright light. They are getting their drugs tested to make sure they are consuming what they paid for and aren't taking anything that contains dangerous alterations. The project, called 'Echele Cabeza', from a colloquialism for taking drugs, carries out about 250 tests every month at clubs and festivals or at its headquarters in Bogota. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
