Description
A new space in Mexico City reclaims indigenous art and rediscovers Tlatelolco, an important Aztec archaeological site where the 1968 student massacre took place some centuries later. The Xaltilolli centre houses some 3,000 of the 15,000 pieces of Mesoamerican art that were donated by various private collections to the National Autonomous University of Mexico in recent decades and which are being exhibited together for the first time.
