Argentine President Alberto Fernandez and Vice President Cristina Kirchner celebrate Democracy Day with former presidents of Brazil and Uruguay. The day commemorates the return of democracy to Argentina and coincides with international Human Rights Day. The former president of Brasil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, also spoke at the event.
