Bulgaria's PM-designate Kiril Petkov receives an official mandate from president Rumen Radev to form a cabinet after his new anti-graft party We Continue the Change (PP) won the November 14 general elections - the third general election within a year. Petkov asserts that this new government will have 'zero tolerance' for corruption and announces his hope to reform the judiciary. These are just some of the steps he wants to take to give Bulgaria the 'sharp change' that he says it needs. PP reached a deal with four smaller parties from all sides of the political spectrum for a broad coalition government and Petkov promptly announced his cabinet list.
