In Saint-Denis de La Réunion, dozens of firefighters are still on the scene the day after a large scale fire at a social housing project. "Everyone is in shock," says one neighbour after the blaze, which caused five deaths and saw more than 300 tenants evacuated and around 100 flats destroyed.
