Patients with serious burns are transferred from the Justinien University Hospital to special units as the medical staff scramble to provide care for dozens suffering burn injuries sustained in a tanker explosion that killed at least 75 people in Haiti's northern city of Cap-Haitien, the country's second-largest city.
