Spanish rapper Valtonyc reacts after the Ghent Court of Appeal in Belgium denied another extradition request by Spain. The rapper has been sentenced to three-and-a-half years in jail by Spain for allegedly praising terrorism in his songs and fled the country in 2018. Belgium has repeatedly refused Spain's requests to extradite him as his offences are not a crime under Belgian law. SOUNDBITE
