Description
South Africa's president visits the National Assembly in Cape Town and says that the fire is "devastating news", particularly on the day after Desmond Tutu's funeral. He adds that the "sprinkler system did not work as it was supposed to" and that "someone is being held right now" to be interrogated by the police.
