Smoke is still billowing from the South African National Assembly building in Cape Town following a massive fire that started early in the morning and that "completely destroyed" the chamber, according to a spokesperson. Earlier during the day, South African president Cyril Ramaphosa said that someone was being held and questioned in relation to the blazed. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
