German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock says "further escalation" from Russia will have "dramatic diplomatic and economic consequences," after US Secretary of State Antony Blinken called on Germany to stop the upcoming Nord Stream 2 pipeline with Russia if Moscow invades Ukraine.
