Mali's two-time coup militray junta are outlining a five-year plan to return to "constitutional order," following a visit by Goodluck Jonathan, mediator for the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
ECOWAS had previously said that such a time frame was unacceptable, but the authorities that emerged from the August 2020 coup say they are unable to meet that commitment. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
