"This is an illegal arrest, it's an arrest out of revenge," says the Salhiya family lawyer Walid Abu-Tayeh, "the family would rather die than have to live as refugees again," he adds, standing outside the Jerusalem Magistrates Court, following the demolition of the Palestinian family's home by Israeli police.
