Polish President Andrzej Duda says more troops are needed on NATO's eastern flank as he meets with Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. Amid rising tensions with Russia over Ukraine, Stoltenberg notes that when "Russia really wants less NATO close to the borders, they get the opposite" in reference to the 2014 annexation of Crimea and the subsequent increased NATO presence in the eastern edges of the alliance.
