"I still bought flowers on Valentine's Day, but I also came to get tested," one Hong Kong resident says as people try to celebrate the romantic festival under heavy Covi-19 restrictions. The city is struggling to test its citizens for the coronavirus as authorities cling to a "zero-Covid" policy despite an unprecedented rise in cases fuelled by the Omicron variant.
