Delila Dridi's life is a "struggle" on her salary from the education ministry. She earns 1,000 dinars (305 euros) per month and used to have "between 60 and 100 dinars left every month", but now she has to "borrow to make ends meet." Tunisia, roiled by years of political turmoil that deepened with President Kais Saied's power grab last July, is also mired in a deep recession.
