In a matter of several days, more than 100 thousand refugees have left Ukraine for Poland. While refugees have had to wait hours or even days at massively overcrowded border points, the Polish government has relinquished visa requirements for anyone coming from Ukraine and the national raid service has offered free transportation throughout the country. Train stations in cities along the border have seen local people donate large amounts of food, drinks and supplies for daily needs.
