Thousands of Ukrainian refugees are seeking shelter from the war in the Czech Republic. Almost 14,000 have registered with Prague police in line with the law since Russia invaded Ukraine on February 24. The next day, the police registered 936 Ukrainian refugees, while on Tuesday, March 1 it dealt with 6,769 people fleeing the conflict.
