At the UN Human Rights council in Geneva, the Russian ambassador to the UN in Geneva accuses the Ukrainian "puppet regime" of "exterminating the country's Russian-speaking population", while the Ukrainian deputy foreign minister claims that "a group of war criminals with access to the nuclear button has concluded that our people are too weak to resist".
