Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson says the international community labelling Russia's claims that the US funded biological weapons in Ukraine as disinformation is not 'a responsible attitude'.
'The international community has no idea what the United States has done at its Fort Detrick base and its 336 biological laboratories overseas,' says spokesperson Zhao Lijian.
Beijing also congratulates South Korea's president-elect Yoon Suk-yeol, saying it is willing to work with South Korea to promote 'the healthy and stable development of bilateral relations'. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
