Colombians vote Sunday to draw up a shortlist of presidential candidates for elections in May while also electing the 296 members of its Congress. Monica Pachon, a political scientist and professor at the Los Andes University, tells AFP this election day is "atypical," adding that the legislative elections will be "overshadowed" by the election of presidential candidates.
