Description
The opera village, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Diebedo Francis Kere, is located about 30 kilometres from the Burkinabe capital, Ouagadougou. The project, which is still under construction, contains a school, accommodation for teachers and artists in residence, and a health centre.
