Soldiers in San Salvador take control of two bus routes belonging to the ACOSTES company after it raised transport fares. President Nayib Bukele announced a temporary suspension of some fuel taxes to avoid a hike in public transport fares amid the Russia-Ukraine conflict and warned transport companies of government intervention if they would raise their fares.
