While more than 18,000 Ukrainians refugees have arrived in France in three weeks, a new welcome centre has just opened its doors in Paris, at Paris' Porte de Versailles. On site, several hundred people who fled the war are taken care of by the prefectural services and associations, before being distributed throughout the territory.
