Colombian President Ivan Duque attends the launch of the country's first two green-hydrogen pilot projects, which were developed by Ecopetrol and Promigas, at a refinery in Cartagena. The project aims to produce between 2 to 3 gigawatts of electrolysis for green hydrogen in the next 10 years.
