Residents assess the damage after a psychiatric hospital was hit by a bomb in the city of Mykolaiv, in the south of Ukraine. No victims were reported. Svetlana Muraska, a nurse, cries as she assesses the damage: "We try to help people and they throw bombs on our heads, why?".
