Description
At a press conference in Warsaw, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki says that Russia is moving "from an authoritarian state to a totalitarian state". He also says that EU sanctions are insufficient, noting that the rouble is strengthening. "If Putin breaks Ukraine, if he breaks us, our will to fight, to fight economically, he will advance, in a year or two, towards other goals. He will advance on Helsinki, Vilnius, Warsaw, Bucharest, perhaps on Berlin," he adds. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
