The president of the International Committee of the Red Cross says he and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have discussed the need to protect civilians during Moscow's operations in Ukraine. "We recognize that talks are taking place between Ukraine and Russia have produced already certain positive developments in terms of agreements for civilian populations" he says at press conference in Moscow, following their meeting, adding that "we also know that this is insufficient".
