Description
Aspire Command and Control Centre Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Niyas Abdulrahiman explains how this single command centre located in the Aspire Zone will allow World Cup organisers to monitor and control what is happening in all eight World Cup stadiums at the same time. This centre will work in collaboration with State security to ensure operations go smoothly and incidents are quickly addressed. "You have the eyes, ears and awareness of all stadiums at the same time," he says, adding that if an incident were to take place in one of the stadiums, the centre would be able to "control it, put other stadiums at different alert levels, and take the precautionary measures, all simultaneously."
