Zoltan Kovacs Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Relations of Hungary insists on the legitimacy of Serbia's upcoming elections saying "I believe it is one of the most even election systems in Europe". He adds that Viktor Orban, "the Prime Minister, knows the Hungarian tradition and that is political stability".
