Russia's February invasion of Ukraine has left thousands of foreign travellers from both countries stranded in Sri Lanka, just as a worsening financial crisis makes life miserable for its 22 million people. But Ukrainians fretting over empty wallets and the fate of loved ones back home say they have been overwhelmed by support from Sri Lankans.
