Thousands of motorcyclists in Bogota, Colombia, protest against an ordinance that prohibits them from carrying passengers on Thursday to Saturday nights. The measure was imposed by Mayor Claudia Lopez who justified it on the grounds of insecurity and the "terrorist threat" hanging over the capital in the run-up to the presidential elections.
