Description
A previously unseen drawing of Michelangelo's first known nude is unveiled in Paris by Christie's ahead of its auction on 18 May. "This is the moment when Michelangelo discovered the dramatic expressive power of the human body," said Stijn Alsteens, an expert at the auction house. The drawing by the Italian Renaissance genius is estimated to fetch 30 million euros. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
